A long-established Trust Fund that represents Investors world-wide,
together with Euroasian, is now acquiring major prime-located real
estate and businesses which will generally be held as long term
investments and/or developed where appropriate. The Program Policy is
Location: USA, Canada, The Caribbean, Central America, South America,
Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Price: The asking price should be a minimum of US$10 million. Subject
to the Seller complying with our Surety Instrument
policy details of which will be supplied upon request, the Trust Fund
and Euroasian will not object to paying the price being asked by the Seller.
Asset Type: Waterfront land; Commercial Properties such as Class A
Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Apartment Buildings or Complexes,
Medical Centers, Nursing Homes, Hotels and Motels including Chains,
Resorts and Theme Parks. We are also interested in Residential
Developments [all phases], Condominium Complexes, Marinas and will
consider Manufacturing, Technologies, Transportation and Shipping and
Energy related projects.
Benefits to Seller & Buyer:
i) Seller is able to immediately establish the Buyer's intention to
acquire the property at or very near the Seller's reasonable sale
ii) Buyer is able to receive the Seller's Surety Instrument and thus
knows that the Seller is serious to enter into the sales contract.
iii) With this Program, within 30 days the Deposit is paid and
contracts are exchanged.
An Important Additional Benefit: Where Lenders require an exit
strategy, in suitable circumstances Euroasian can contract to purchase
the property and thus repay the outstanding loan.
